We take concerns seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.
How to raise a concern
Email hello@lacurelongevity.com or write to the Registered Manager at our clinic address. Please include your name, contact details and a description of your concern.
Our response times
- We acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
- We aim to provide a full response within 20 working days (the JCCP norm).
Escalation
- Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP)
- Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Save Face
- Care Quality Commission (CQC), where the service is within its scope
- Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), for data-protection complaints
